Managing Suspended Stay Records
Viewing Suspended Stay Record Errors

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Membership, and then select Suspended Stays.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select a stay record in the search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit.
Correcting Suspended Stay Record Errors

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Membership, and then select Suspended Stays.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select a stay record in the search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit.

Update the stay record to resolve the errors indicated.

Click Process.

Deleting Suspended Stay Records

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Membership, and then select Suspended Stays.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select a stay record in the search results, click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Delete.

Click Delete to confirm.
Reprocessing Corrected Suspended Stay Records

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Membership, and then select Suspended Stays.

Enter search criteria and click Search.
-
Click Reprocess.
