Updating AR Invoice Number Sequence

Use this option to update the start/next value for each folio type in use at your property.

If no folio types are configured you will see 'Default' folio type listed.

Note:

This activity is not tracked in the Changes Log.

Updating a Folio Sequence

1. From the Toolbox menu, select Utilities, select Document Number Update then select Folio Numbers.

2. Enter search criteria, then click Search.

3. In this results panel, each folio type is listed displaying the current start/next value

   1. Enter a start/next value for a folio type in New Folio Start Sequence field.

      Note:

      The number entered will increment by 1 when generating the first folio. For example, entering 100 as start value will result in folio number 101 as the initial value. No update will occur if you leave the field blank for a folio type listed.

4. Click Save.
