About Simple Events
Prerequisites for Simple Events
Use Simple Events to create and manage basic catering events for blocks. You can schedule an event for a specific date, time period, and number of attendees, assign an Event space and specify the Event Type and Setup Style. For more information, see Managing Simple Events.
You can also add event notes to track various resource requirements for the event. For more information, see Managing Simple Event Notes.
These events appear on the Simple Function Diary and the Contract Merge Stationery Template can be customized to generate a pseudo Banquet Event Order for the events.
