Configuring Block Lost Reasons
Adding Block Lost Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Block Management, and then select Lost Reasons. 
- Click New and complete the following fields:
                        - 
                              Code: Enter a code (up to 10 characters) for the lost reason 
- 
                              Description: Enter a text description of the lost reason 
- 
                              Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned. 
- 
                              Click Save.

Editing Block Lost Reasons
Note:
Click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Show Inactive to include inactive records.- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Block Management, and then select Lost Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, then click Search. 
- 
                        Select a block lost reason in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Edit. - 
                              Update the configuration. 
- 
                              Inactive: Select check box to mark the code inactive. 
- 
                              Click Save.

Deleting Block Lost Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Block Management, and then select Lost Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, then click Search. 
- 
                        Select a block lost reason in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
