Managing Reservation Attachments

You can upload files less than 10MB to reservations. Reservation attachments are purged after departure, cancellation or no show according to the Purge Reservation Attachments OPERA Control. For the file extensions allowed, see Supported Attachment File Types.

Adding Reservation Attachments

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the reservation in search result, click I Want To. . ., click Attachments or open the reservation and click the Attachments details link.

  4. Click New to attach a new file.

    1. Click Browse and select a file on your workstation.

    2. Filename: Enter a filename using only alphanumeric characters; no spaces or special characters are accepted. 

    3. Description: Enter a description for the attachment.

  5. Click Save.

Downloading Reservation Attachments

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Reservation in search result, click I Want To. . ., click Attachments or open the reservation and click the Attachments details link.

  4. Select the attachment, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Download.

  5. Choose Open to open the file or Save File to download the file.

Deleting Reservation Attachments

  1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Manage Reservation.

  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the Reservation in search result, click I Want To. . ., click Attachments or open the reservation and click the Attachments details link.

  4. Select the attachment, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete.

  5. Click Delete to confirm.
