Configuring Sales Activity Results
Adding Sales Activity Results
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Activity Management, and select Activity Results. 
- 
                        Click New and complete the following fields: - 
                              Code: Enter a code. 
- 
                              Description: Enter a description, for example, Success. 
- 
                              Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

                        Click Save to save or click Save and Continue to save this code and add another. 
Editing Sales Activity Results
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Activity Management, and select Activity Results. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        From your search results, select the code, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit. 
- 
                        Inactive: Select the check box to make the Activity Result inactive. 
- 
                        Update the configuration. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting Sales Activity Results
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Activity Management, and select Activity Results. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        From your search results, select the code, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
