Viewing Call Statistics
Your reservation call activity is tracked and a summary of daily (business date) call activity can be viewed by selecting Call Statistics.
- 
                        
Total Reservation Time: Total accumulated time for confirmed and waitlisted reservations (duration from New Reservation to Book Now or Waitlist Now actions).

Total Calls: Total count of calls (New Reservation action)
 - 
                        
Total Reservations: Total count of confirmed and waitlisted reservations.
 - 
                        
Total Revenue: Total revenue for confirmed reservations (excludes waitlisted).
 
Viewing Call Statistics

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, and then select Look To Book Sales Screen.
 - 
                        
Click New Reservation.
 - 
                        
Click Call Statistics.
