Configuring Inactive Reasons
Adding Inactive Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Inactive Reasons. 
- 
                        Click New and complete the following fields:- 
                                 Code: Enter a code that briefly describes the inactive reason. 
- 
                                 Description: Enter a detailed description of the inactive reason. 
- 
                                 Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

                        Click Save to save and exit or click Save and Continue to save this code and add another. 
Editing Inactive Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Inactive Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        Select the inactive reason in the search result, then click vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Edit 
- 
                        Update the configuration. 
- 
                        Click Save. 
Deleting Inactive Reasons
- 
                        From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Inactive Reasons. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria and click Search. 
- 
                        Select the inactive reason in the search result, then click vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select Delete. 
- 
                        Click Delete to confirm.
