Resynchronization History
For any resync that is executed a record is created in the
Resync History screen. This history record assists you in keeping
track of all resyncs done and what their status is/was. The Remarks
column shows the text for records found and processed. When the remarks
are populated with (-1) then 1 or more messages failed to be sent
to the External System successfully. 
                  
               How to utilize history and
find unsuccessful records: 
                     
               - 
                           Finding resync messages that did not make it, check and note the Start Date and Start Time.

                           Go to Message Status. Messages to External System. 
- 
                           Use the Search Filters to narrow down the messages you are looking for; Populate Module type (i.e. Reservation, Profile, etc.), Created From and Created To for the day of business and Message Type value.
