Data Request
Use Data Request to synchronize data between OPERA Cloud Foundation and OPERA Cloud Central Services / OPERA Room Reservation Cloud Service; with the synchronization initiated from the solution receiving the data. Data Request differs to an interface resynch in that the data is synchronized as a "pull" rather than a "push".
For example: An "XYZ" Market Code is observed in OXI messages but the code does not exist in the OPERA Room Reservations configuration. Selecting to synchronize Configuration for the Item Type = MARKET CODE and Level = SPECIFIC and entering the text "XYZ" , a message is sent to OPERA Cloud Foundation requesting that specific data. A message is returned from OPERA Cloud Foundation containing the Market Group and Market Code information; which is populated to the Market Code Template and property-level Market Code configuration.
Note:
It is not recommended to select all displayed items in the list, instead use Level = ALL. To request a large number of specific items, it is recommend to reduce selection to multiple smaller groupings.Requesting Synchronize Data

                        From the Exchange menu, select Interface Setup, and then select Data Request.

                        Property: Select a property from the list.

                        Interface: Select an external system from the list.

                                    Arrival: Enter an arrival date range.

                                    Created: Enter a creation date range.

                                    To Date: Enter an end date.

                              Blocks: Select check box to synchronize blocks. - 
                                    Begin (Start): Enter a start date range.
