Using Outbound Monitoring
Use Outbound Monitoring to review the outbound web-service call history and view the request & response messages communicated with an outbound external system.
The following details are displayed:
- 
                        Property: Displays the property of the specific outbound transaction. 
- 
                        Reference Id: Displays the logging record reference code for every outbound call. 
- 
                        Request Time: Displays the date and time when Outbound Request is initiated from OPERA Cloud to Outbound System. 
- 
                        Response Time: Displays the date and time when Outbound Response is received from Outbound System to OPERA Cloud. 
- 
                        Status: Displays the HTTP status response code. Example 200 for successful response, 500 for failed response. 
- 
                        Transaction Status: Displays the Outbound call status whether its Successful or Failed. 
- 
                        User Name: Displays the user who performed the outbound flow use task. 
Viewing Outbound Web Service Call History
- 
                        From the Toolbox menu, select System Setup , select Outbound, then select Outbound Monitoring. 
- 
                        Enter search criteria, then click Search. 
- 
                        Click ReferenceID to view the Request and Response messages communicated between OPERA Cloud and the outbound system.
