Removing the Assigned Room from Reservations
You can remove the assigned a room for a reservation from reservation presentation.
When the Advanced Daily Details OPERA Control is active, for reservations with multiple room segments (scheduled room moves), use of the Remove action link in the Stay Details panel will remove the assigned room from all room segments. To only remove the room from specific room segments update the Daily Details panel. For more information, see Updating Reservation Daily Details.
Removing the Assigned Room from a Reservation

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Bookings, select Reservations, then select Manage Reservation.

Enter search criteria, then click Search.

Select the reservation in the search result, click I Want to..., Reservation or open the reservation by clicking the Confirmation Number.

Click Stay Details.

Room: Click Remove next to the assigned room.

Note:
When the Back to Back Handling for Linked Reservations OPERA Control is active, you will be prompted to choose if the rooms Back to Back Reservation(s) assigned to the same room should also be removed.Related Topics
