PWA - Room Maintenance
Tip:
You can either swipe or use long press to reveal the available actions for a task in the search result.Adding Maintenance Requests

Tap + Add Request to create a maintenance request.

Room: Search and select a room.

Assign to User: To assign the request to a specific user, search and select the user.

Expected By: Select a due date to resolve the request.

Reason : Select a reason from the list.

Remarks: Enter additional remarks.

Take Photo: Click to take pictures and upload with the ticket.

Add from Gallery: Click to upload pictures from the phone's gallery or choose from files or take a new photo to upload in the ticket.

Tap Create to save and close the page.
Searching Maintenance Requests
Note:
My (Assigned) Requests appear by default in the search results, listing all maintenance tasks assigned to you. To view all other requests, change the selection to All Requests or Unassigned Requests.-
Use the Search by Room to search for a particular room or tap Filter to search using the available options.

Status: Select Resolved / Unresolved / All.

Front Office Status: Select Vacant / Occupied / All.

Room: Select rooms from the list.

Reason : Select reason codes from the list.

User: Select users from the list.

Expected By : Select a date from the calendar.
Note:
Room Maintenance requests are populated with the status Unresolved by default. -
Tap Filter to view results.

Updating Maintenance Requests

Use the Search by Room to search for a particular room or tap Filter to search using the available options.

Tap a maintenance request to open, view, or update its details.
Tip:
You can also swipe right and select Manage or tap a maintenance request to open, view, or update its details. - Room: Cannot be changed once a Maintenance Request is created.

Assign to User: Search and select a user to assign to the task.

Expected By: Select a Date when the Maintenance Request completion is expected.

Reason : Select a reason code from the list.

Remarks: Enter additional remarks.

Take Photo: Click to take pictures and upload to the maintenance request.

Add from Gallery: Click to upload pictures from the phone's gallery or choose from files or take a new photo to upload to the maintenance request.

Tap Update to save.
Resolving/Unresolving Maintenance Requests

Use the Search by Room to search for a particular room or tap Filter to search using the available options.

- Tap a maintenance request to open, view, or update its details.
- Tap the (More Actions menu and) Actions menu to select the Resolve or Unresolve option and to update the status. Tap Update to complete the action and return to the request listing screen.
- You can also swipe right to left to change the status to resolved or unresolved.
- Long press a maintenance request to view the available actions. Tap Resolve / Unresolve to change the status.
Deleting Maintenance Requests

Use the Search by Room to search for a particular room or tap Filter to search using the available options.

Long press on the request to select the Delete option.

Swipe right to delete a maintenance request.

Tap a maintenance request to open, view, or update its details. Tap the (More Actions menu and) Actions menu to select the Delete option. Confirm the Deletion to return to the maintenance request listing screen.
