Configuring Catering Template Resources and Notes
Adding Resources
- 
                        
From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Resource Management, and then select Catering Package / Template Setup.
 - 
                        
Enter search criteria and click Search.
 - 
                        
From your search results, select the package, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.
 - 
                        
To add a menu, click the Menus tab to open the Menu Selection drawer. Menus configured for the selected Event Type appear. To change the filter criteria, click the (+) symbol in the Search bar and make the necessary changes.
 - 
                        
To view the Menu Item details of a menu, select the Menu Name link.
 - 
                        
To select a menu, click the menu row (not the Menu Name link).
 - 
                        
Click Save to add the menu and close the drawer.
 - 
                        
Click Save and Add More to add the menu and remain in the drawer with the option of adding additional menus.
 - 
                        
To add an Item, click the Items tab to open the Item Selection drawer.
 - 
                        
Items configured for the selected Event Type appear. If you want to change the filter criteria, click the + sign in the Search bar and make the necessary changes.
 - 
                        
Click the (+) symbol in the results list to expand an Item Class and see the Items listed within.
 - 
                        
To select one or several items, click the item name check box.
 - 
                        
Click Save to add the item(s) and close the drawer.
 - 
                        
Click Save and Add More to add the item(s) and remain in the drawer with the option of adding additional items.
 
Editing Resources
- 
                        
From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Resource Management, and then select Catering Package / Template Setup.
 - 
                        
Enter search criteria and click Search.
 - 
                        
From your search results, select the package, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.
 - 
                        
From the Resources panel, select the resource check box and click the Edit button.
 - 
                        
Make your changes to the Sequence or Setup and click Save.
 
Deleting Resources
- 
                        
From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Resource Management, and then select Catering Package / Template Setup.
 - 
                        
Enter search criteria and click Search.
 - 
                        
From your search results, select the package, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.
 - 
                        
From the Resources panel, select the resource, click the vertical ellipsis next to the Edit button, and select Delete.
 - 
                        
Click Delete to confirm.
 
Adding Resource Notes
- 
                        
From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Resource Management, and then select Catering Package / Template Setup.
 - 
                        
Enter search criteria and click Search.
 - 
                        
From your search results, select the package, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.
 - 
                        
In the Resources panel, select the resource vertical ellipsis and select Add Note.
 - 
                        
Complete the following fields:
- 
                              
Type. Select the appropriate note type.
 - 
                              
Internal. Select this check box if the note you are adding is considered Internal. On certain customer facing reports, such as BEO Contract, you have the option to display Internal notes.
 - 
                              
Title. This value defaults based on the event type you select. You can modify it here if required.
 - 
                              
Comments. Enter the text for this note in the box.
 
 - 
                              
 - 
                        
Click Save.
 
Editing Resource Notes
- 
                        
From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Resource Management, and then select Catering Package / Template Setup.
 - 
                        
Enter search criteria and click Search.
 - 
                        
From your search results, select the package, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.
 - 
                        
From the Resources panel, click the Note icon on the event.
 - 
                        
In the Package Resource Notes dialog, click the note vertical ellipsis and select Edit.
 - 
                        
Make your changes and click Save.
 
Deleting Resource Notes
- 
                        
From the Administration menu, select Booking, select Resource Management, and then select Catering Package / Template Setup.
 - 
                        
Enter search criteria and click Search.
 - 
                        
From your search results, select the package, click the vertical ellipsis, and select Edit.
 - 
                        
From the Resources panel, click the Note icon on the event.
 - 
                        
In the Package Resource Notes dialog, click the note vertical ellipsis and select Delete.
 - 
                        
Click Delete to confirm.
