Configuring Channel Offers

You can Manage Channel offers to multiple channels across properties for a HUB location.

Note:

Ensure you have the necessary Channel Management module tasks at the property level assigned in OPERA Cloud.

Searching Channel Offers

With the help of search options, you can search for channel offers across multiple channels and properties. This option is available at both Property and Hub levels.  

1. From the Administration menu, select Distribution, select Channel Distribution, then select Channel Offers.

2. HUB level - Select a Channel or Multiple Channels. All Channel Offers are displayed for the selected channel.
3. Property level - Property is auto selected.
4. Select a Property, Property Rate Plan, or Channel Rate Plan and additional options to filter search results.

Editing Channel Offers

1. From the Administration menu, select Distribution, select Channel Distribution, then select Channel Offers.

2. Click the icon to edit. The read only fields are based on the channel rate plan and channel room type configuration. You can edit the following fields:

   1. Active: Set the channel offer as Active or Inactive.
   2. Offer Name: Define a name for the channel offer.
3. Click Update to save your edits on existing records.
