Managing Profiles for Sales Activities
You can link multiple profiles to a sales activity, enabling you to open linked profiles from the Activity or access the Activity from the linked profiles.
Adding Profiles to Sales Activities

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, and then select Activities.

Enter search criteria, and click Search.

Select the activity in the search result, then click I Want To . ., and select Linked Profiles or open the activity and select Linked Profiles.

Click Add Account or click Add Contact.

Use Quick Profile Search to locate the account or contact, enter search criteria, and click Search.

From search results, select the Account and/or Contact and click either Select Account Only or Select Account and Contact.

Updating Primary Profile for Activities
When multiple profiles are linked to an sales activity, you can specify which linked profile is the primary.

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations and then select Activities.

Enter search criteria, and click Search.

Select the activity in the search result, then click I Want To . ., and select Linked Profiles or open the activity and select Linked Profiles.

Select the Profile, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Make Primary.
Removing Profiles from Sales Activities

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations and then select Activities.

Enter search criteria, and click Search.

Select the activity in the search result, then click I Want To . ., and select Linked Profiles or open the activity and select Linked Profiles.

Select the profile, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu, and select Remove.

Click Remove to confirm.
