Generating Credit Bills from Billing

When the Credit Bills and Credit Bill from Billing OPERA Controls are active, you can generate a credit bill from Billing.

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk, and then select In House.

2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

3. Select the reservation from the search results, click I Want To. . . and select Billing.

4. Select the Folios radio button from the billing drawer.
5. Select a folio then click on Generate Credit Bill. For more information, see Credit Bills for Folios
