Reviewing Smart Profiles
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select SMART Profiles.
- Click Review SMART Profiles.
- Use the following search criteria to review the profiles:
- Property: Select property from the list.
- Last Name: Select and enter guest last name or name for accounts and group profile.
- First Name : Select and enter the guest first name.
- Profile Type: Select profile type from the list.
- Region: Select region from the list.
- Country: Select country from the list.
- Client ID / Corporate ID / IATA: Select and enter the Client ID, Corporate ID or IATA Number.
- Import Date : Enter or select the import date.
- Membership Types: Select one or multiple membership types from the list.
- Records with Membership: Select a value from the list.
- Suspended: Suspended Profiles with attached Membership.
- Matching: Suspended Profiles that have OPERA Cloud Central matching profiles with attached Membership.
- Suspended and Matching: Membership attached to both Suspended Profiles and the OPERA Cloud Central matching profiles.
Editing Smart Profiles
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select SMART Profiles.

Click Review SMART Profiles.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select a profile in the search result then click the
icon to edit.

Update and click Save as New or Merge Selected Profiles.
Deleting Smart Profiles
- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select SMART Profiles.

Enter search criteria and click Search.

Select a profile in the search result then click the
icon to delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
Reprocessing Logs
Reprocessed Logs offer insights into each job run, including job ID, date and time,
initiating user, and counts of processed, successful, and failed records.
Note:
The allowable range for the number of records can be processed in a single operation (available when SMART Profile Record Processing Limit OPERA Control is active). The minimum allowable value is 1,000 records, and the maximum is 10,000 records.- From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Client Relations, select Profiles, then select SMART Profiles.
- Click Review SMART Profiles.

Enter search criteria and click Search.
- Use the following search criteria to further filter your search results:
- All: Select to display all suspended profiles.
- Matches Found: Select to display suspended Profiles with Matches Found status.
- Invalid: Select to display suspended Profiles with Invalid status.
- Valid: Select to display suspended Profiles with Valid status.
- New: Select to display suspended Profiles with New status.
- Reprocess: Click
to reprocess all the filtered records.
- Refresh: Click to refresh the results.
- View Reprocess Log: Click to view the progress.
