PWA - Managing eSignature Registration Cards

eSign Registration Cards are available for check-in on mobile devices; allowing guests to initial and sign a digital registration card. You can create multiple eSigned registration cards for a reservation, which are retained according to the Days to Purge e-Signed Registration Cards OPERA Control. When the Multi Language OPERA Control active, the registration card is displays in accordance with the Language selected in the guest profile.

Creating eSign Registration Cards

  1. From the Reservation Detail page, select eSign Registration Cards from the More Actions menu. You can also initiate the eSign Registration Card during the Check In process.
  2. Select the Sign Registration Card button to generate a new eSign Registration Card.
  3. When the registration card appears on the device, ask the guest to initial and sign.
    1. The guest can tap the Initial and Signature areas and sign directly on the device.
    2. The guest can tap the pencil icons adjacent to their initials or signature to make an update.
  4. The Save button is available when all Signatures and Initials are captured. Select it to store the eSign registration card file with the reservation.

    Note:

    For privacy and security reasons you are required to enter your Cashier PIN to save the Registration Card or to cancel the process.

Viewing eSign Registration Cards

Once a guest signs the registration card, you can preview the signed Registration Card.

  1. From the Reservation Detail page, select eSign Registration Cards from the More Actions menu. You can also initiate the eSign Registration Card during the Check In process.
  2. Choose the Registration Card you would like to preview.
  3. Tap or click X to close the preview.
