Configuring Airports
Here, you can define all airports with appropriate details available for your property.
Adding Airport
- From the Administration menu, select Distribution, then select Content Management, select Area, and then click Airport.
- Click Add Airport.
- In the Add Airport slide out panel, complete the following:
- Keywords: Enter a keyword to find the airport. This field is required.
- Location Type: By default, this is Airport 1 and read-only. This field is required.
- Name: Enter the name of the airport. This field is required.
- Airport Code: Enter the IATA Code of the airport. This field is required.
- Sequence: Enter the sequence in which the airport is ordered in a list. If no sequence is defined or some records have the same sequence, the sequence is sorted in alphabetical order.
- Latitude: Enter the latitude of the airport. This field is required.
- Longitude: Enter the longitude of the airport. This field is required.
- Distance: Enter the distance to/from your property. This field is required.
- Unit: Select the unit valid for the distance. This field is required.
- Direction: Select the direction of the airport. This field is required.
- Website: Enter the website of the airport.
- Opening Time: Enter the opening time.
- Closing Time: Enter the closing time.
- Days: By default, it is All days and read-only.
- Driving Time: Enter the driving time (in minutes) from/to your property.
- Transportation Type: Select one or multiple transportation types defined under Area and Transportation.
- Driving Directions to Property: Enter the driving directions to your property.
- Additional Description: Enter any additional description such as: landmarks and so on.
- Click Submit to create the record or click Submit and Create another to continue creating records.
Editing Airport
- From the Administration menu, select Distribution, then select Content Management, select Area, and then click Airport.
- From the results, select a airport and click
to edit.
- Update the details.
- Click Update.
Deleting Airport
- From the Administration menu, select Distribution, then select Content Management, select Area, and then click Airport.
- Select the airport and click the
to delete.
- Click Delete to confirm.
