Configuring Amenities

Adding Amenities

You can configure Amenities for a property.

  1. From the Administration menu, select Distribution, then select Content Management, Information, and then click Amenities.

  2. Enter the search criteria to search for a property.
  3. Select the property and click Add Amenities.
    1. Select the amenities and click Add.

Editing Amenities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Distribution, then select Content Management, Information, and then click Amenities.

  2. Enter the search criteria to search for a property.
  3. Select the property and click Pencil icon to edit to confirm the following:.
      1. Amount: Enter the amount. By default, the currency provided by your registered property is displayed.
      2. Frequency: Select a frequency from the list.
      3. Quantity: Add the required quantity.
      4. Offsite: By default, this is set to off. Switch it on if the amenity is not onsite.
      5. Confirmable: Select the check box if you want the amenity to be confirmable.
      6. Distance from the Hotel: You can enter the distance from your property if the amenity is set to off-site. By default, the measurement from Content > General > Property Information is displayed.
      7. Click Update.

Deleting Amenities

  1. From the Administration menu, select Distribution, then select Content Management, Information, and then click Amenities.

  2. Enter the search criteria to search for a property.
  3. Select the property and click the Trash icon to used to delete to delete.
  4. Click Delete to confirm.
