Configuring Profile Privacy Customization

Profile Privacy Customization allows you to configure which Correspondence/Privacy options appearing on Guest and Contact profiles, including adding user-defined options, setting default selections, controlling display order, and managing translations.

Adding Profile Privacy Option

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Profile Correspondence Privacy.
  2. Click New and complete the following :

    1. Code: Enter a code for the Profile Privacy.

    2. Description: Enter a description for the Profile Privacy.

      1. Manage Translations: Click link to configure localized descriptions. For more information, see Configuring Localized Code Descriptions. (Available when the Multi Language OPERA Control is active). 

    3. Sequence: Enter a number that controls the position of this code in listings. Codes without a sequence number assigned are listed in alphabetical order following codes with a sequence assigned.

  3. Click Save or Save and Continue to save this code and add another.

Editing Profile Privacy Option

  1. From the Administration menu, select Client Relations, select Profile Management, and then select Profile Correspondence Privacy.
  2. Enter search criteria and click Search.

  3. Select the code in the search result, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu then select Edit.

  4. Update the configuration.

  5. Inactive: Select check box to update the code as inactive.

  6. Click Save.
