PWA - Editing Daily Reservation Rate Information

With the Edit Daily Details task granted to your role, you can modify a subset of stay details for each day of a multi-night reservation; allowing you to change the rate code, rate amount and occupancy details during the stay. You can view a detailed daily breakdown of the rate information for any reservation from the Stay Details - Daily Details screen. The rate information displays on a per night basis. When the Advanced Daily Details OPERA Control is active, you can update the room type on a per day basis. A change in room type from one day to another will create a scheduled room move for the reservation. When the Advanced Daily Details OPERA Control is inactive, the room type may only be updated for the entire stay of the reservation. Fields become read-only if a change is made that varies from the nights of stay.

1. From the Ask Oracle menu navigate either to Arrivals, In-House, or Departures.
2. Select a reservation.
3. Select the Manage link in the Stay Details section of the Reservation Detail screen.
4. Swipe action right action right to modify Daily Details of the reservation. You are able to play any of the respective changes for the total stay utilizing the Apply Til option.
5. Select Update to confirm changes.
