Property Brochure

The Property Brochure is a resource that central sales, reservations, and on-property staff can use to obtain detailed information about services, facilities, accommodation at your property, and details on transportation options and local attractions in surrounding areas of your property. The Property Brochure can include high-quality photographs of your property accommodations and facilities and information on popular local attractions, dining and retail, local airports, transportation services, and other facilities.

The property's contact information is displayed in the header at the top of the Property Brochure screen. Below this, the brochure is organized into the following sections:

Property Details and interactive map
Getting Here (Directions, Airports, and Transportation)
Amenities
Attractions
Dining and Retail
Event Spaces
Calendar
Miscellaneous (Alternate Properties, Property Notes, and Additional Details)
Gallery (Images, Floor Plans, and Maps)

All sections are fully expanded by default for easy access. You can scroll through the page to view all content or use the anchor links on the right side to jump directly to a specific section.

To quickly find specific information, use your browser's search function (Ctrl + F12).

Viewing the Property Brochure

You can access the Property Brochure from Look to Book (LTB) Sales screen or from the Miscellaneous, Property Brochure menu. You can also add the Property Brochure menu option to your F2 Quick Links. For more information, see Quick Launch. You can select from a list of properties when operating from a hub location.

When the Reservation Sales Screen OPERA Control is active you can also access the Property Brochure from the Reservation Sales Screen.
