PWA - Managing Reservation Memberships

Prerequisites for Reservation Memberships

You can associate an unlimited number of memberships with a guest's profile. Similarly, you can select multiple memberships, one per membership type and membership class, for a reservation. Loyalty points can then be calculated for the memberships selected for the reservation.

Viewing a Reservation Membership

1. From the Reservation Detail page, select Memberships, Reservation Page, or the More Actions menu.
2. Memberships already associated with the reservation are displayed.

Adding or Removing Memberships to/from a Reservations

1. From the Reservation Detail page, select Memberships, Reservation Page, or the More Actions menu.
2. Select the Manage Membership button.
3. Activate or Inactivate the switch for a Membership to attach it or remove it to/from a reservation.
4. Tap or click the Save button.

   Note:

   You can enroll an existing guest with a reservation in a loyalty or gaming solution integrated with the Oracle Hospitality Integration platform. For more information, see PWA - Enrolling Guests in External Loyalty Programs.
