Using Distribution Billing Lookup and Download

Use the Billing page to view and download Distribution Billing summaries and detailed billing information for one or more cloud account IDs associated with your chain.

Viewing Distribution Billing

1. From the Administration menu, select Distribution, then select Billing.

   By default, the Billing page displays results for the most recent billing month and all cloud account IDs linked to your chain.

2. Use the available search filters to refine the billing data displayed on the page. The available search criteria vary depending on the selected view level.
   1. To view billing information at the HUB level, use one or more of the following filters:
      1. Billing Month: Displays billing data for a selected billing month. You can choose from the previous 12 billing months.
      2. Cloud Account ID: Displays billing data for a specific cloud account ID linked to your chain.
      3. Hotel Code: Displays billing data for a specific hotel within the selected chain.
      4. Channel Code: Displays billing data for a specific channel.
   2. To view billing information at the Property level, use one or more of the following filters:
      1. Billing Month: Displays billing data for a selected billing month. You can choose from the previous 12 billing months.
      2. Cloud Account ID: Displays billing data for a specific cloud account ID linked to your chain.
      3. Channel Code: Displays billing data for a specific channel.
   3. Click Search to display the billing summary and detailed billing information based on the selected filters.
3. Click the icon to download the billing summary and details as zip file.
