PWA - Viewing Today's Events

When the OPERA Sales and Event Management subscription or the Simple Events OPERA Control is active for a property, you can view Today’s Events, which displays upcoming, ongoing, and completed conferences and events.

1. From the Ask Oracle menu, select Today's Events.

2. Select either the option to display All Events, Active, or Completed Events.

   Note:

   Active Events view includes all events for the current day and time. Completed view includes events that have ended for the current day and time.

3. When an Event or Conference has been selected, you are able to view the following respective details defined in OPERA Cloud:

   1. Name of Group
   2. Name of Event/Conference
   3. Status (Upcoming, On-Going or Completed)
   4. Start and End Time
   5. Number of Attendees
   6. Block ID
   7. Event Status
   8. Event Color
   9. Set-up Style
   10. Door Card (Name Displayed)
