Managing eSignature Registration Cards
When the Multi Language OPERA Control active, the registration card is displays in accordance with the Language selected in the guest profile.
When the Generate Registration Cards for Accompanying Guests OPERA Control is enabled, you can generate eSign Registration Cards for the primary guest and accompanying guests.
When the Age Threshold to print Registration Card OPERA Control is set, eSign Registration Cards are generated for accompanying guest profiles at or above the configured age threshold.
Creating eSign Registration Cards

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk, and select Arrivals.

Enter search criteria, then click Search.

Select the reservation in the search result, then click I Want To . . . , and select Create eSign Registration Card.

Alternatively, when checking in reservations click the I Want To . . . and select Create eSign Registration Card.

When the registration card appears on the tablet, ask the guest to initial and sign.

The guest can tap the Initial and Signature areas and sign directly on the tablet.

The guest can tap the pencil icons adjacent to their initials or signature to make an update.

Click Save to store the eSign registration card file with the reservation.

- If there are accompanying guests in the reservation you may select the primary guest or an eligible accompanying guest (A) from the profile list
Viewing and Printing eSign Registration Cards

From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Front Desk, and select Inhouse.

Enter search criteria, then click Search.

Select the reservation in the search result, then click I Want To . . . and select eSigned Registration Cards.

Select the respective registration card, then click the vertical ellipsis Actions menu and select from the following:

Preview to display the eSigned registration document.

Print the document.
