Prerequisites for Viewing Item Inventory Availability

Use Item Inventory to view the item inventory availability for a 14-day date range.

Viewing Item Inventory

1. From the OPERA Cloud menu, select Inventory, and then select Item Inventory.
2. Enter the search criteria, then click Search.

   Note:

   The Applicable For filter is displayed only when the Event Resources OPERA Control is active. At hub level, you must select a property first to access the item Class, Applicable for and Item filter options.
3. View the search results in the panel below. The first value shows the number of available items; the second value shows the configured daily inventory quantity, and if no daily inventory quantity is configured, the Quantity in Stock value is used. Zero and negative values are displayed in red for easier identification.
