Merging Profiles
In the event duplicate profiles are created, you can merge the profiles into a single profile. Start by searching for the profile you want to keep and then select one or more profiles to merge with the main profile. You can then review the resulting profile and choose the attributes including Membership and Accounts Receivables(AR), if any, to retain on the resulting profile. Reservation history, statistics and other profile details are updated accordingly. When the Merge Profile Owners OPERA Control is active, (sales) owners assigned to each profile are combined on the resulting merged profile.
