OFIS Setup Log Level Duration

The Configuration tab > Logs section includes the Level Duration (days) setting.

Level Duration specifies how long Debug or Trace logging remains active. After the specified period, OFIS automatically resets the log level.

• Enter a whole number from 1 through 30.
• The setting applies to Adapter and BE Gateway logs.
• The setting does not apply when the log level is Error, Warning, or Information.

Use Debug or Trace only for controlled troubleshooting. When an error occurs at a normal log level, OFIS automatically saves Trace and Debug records. The documentation also describes the reset message that the user interface displays when you select Debug or Trace.
