Introduces integration with SERPRO SNRHOS v2 API for OFIS, ensuring compliance with Brazil's FNRH Digital requirements. Maintains the existing checkout-based flow while updating payload structure, field mappings, and error handling. Enhances guest data submission with additional contact details and improves error messaging clarity. Removes legacy MTUR XML integration with no impact to user workflows.

Improve FNRHOS v2 transformation reliability, mapping handling, timeout messaging, and SERPRO response processing.

HHPRT-33523 Cloud and On-Premise OFIS - Update OPERA Universal Payload XSD and Generic Template for France B2B

OFIS is adding new optional fields to the GENERIC JSON payload to enhance fiscal reporting and property identification. These fields are sourced from OPERA where available and will be included in the payload when populated/configured.

Applies to: Partner-specific integration using GENERIC JSON with OFIS (Fiscal Partner)

Note: This feature is generally available, but properties in France should review applicability/requirements.

Purpose: Improve fiscal integration by passing additional OPERA data to support local compliance and localization requirements.

What's changing?

New payload fields:

  1. OriginalRate, Discount, DiscountType, and DiscountAmount in Postings

    What they are: Indicate the Net amount of the Unit Price for a posting.

    Where it appears: Under Postings as optional fields (xs:string). Not populated for payment transactions (postings only).

    Customer impact / benefit: Improves transaction classification to support localized fiscal reporting and partner processing.

  2. NetPrice in Postings

    What it is: Indicates the Discount information that can be applied to a posting.

    Where it appears: Under Postings as optional fields (xs:string). Not populated for payment transactions (postings only).

    Customer impact / benefit: Improves transaction classification to support localized fiscal reporting and partner processing.

  3. RcsId, LegalForm, and SocialCapital in HotelInfo

    What they are: Property-specific business identifiers used for fiscal and regulatory purposes.

    Where they appear: Under HotelInfo as optional fields (xs:string).

    Source in OPERA: Pulled from OPERA Localization settings: Administration > Enterprise > Chain and Property Management > Properties > Edit > Localization.

    Customer impact / benefit: Enables more accurate property identification in fiscal payloads to support compliance and localization.

  4. EinvoiceAddress in AdditionalAddressee

    What it is: Indicates the eInvoice Address field of the Addressee Profile.

    Where it appears: Under AdditionalAddressee as optional fields (xs:string).

    Customer impact / benefit: Enables more accurate payer identification in fiscal payloads to support compliance and localization.
