Create Health Monitoring dashboard

A new Health Monitoring capability has been introduced in OPERA Reporting and Analytics (R&A), providing users with visibility into the operational health of scheduled reporting jobs and report delivery.

This enhancement enables R&A users to identify report processing and delivery failures so that issues can be investigated and addressed with minimal disruption to business operations. It also enables R&A Support users to review report delivery health when assisting customers.

The Health Monitoring dashboard can be accessed from the Reporting and Analytics Home page by selecting the Health Monitoring tile or the corresponding option from the menu.

The dashboard provides a consolidated view of scheduled job processing and delivery status.

Users can review health information for the Last 24 Hours or Last 7 Days. Information can be displayed using either UTC or Local Time.

The summary provides key operational indicators, including:

• Total Jobs

• Successful Jobs

• Scheduled Job Failures

• Failed Deliveries

• Canceled / Terminated Jobs

• Configuration Issues

The Hourly Job Status visualization provides a time-based view of job outcomes, including Successful, Failed, Delivery Failed, Output Failure, Terminated, and Canceled jobs.

Users can select View Failed Jobs to review and investigate jobs that require attention. Select Refresh to retrieve the latest health information.
