Added Manager Report

The Manager Report is available in R&A located in /Shared Folders/Templates/Financial (Folder). The report can be generated for the selected Property and Business Date.

IMPACT OR OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Manager Report is added to Reporting and Analytics, so that it can be run and exported using the standard OPERA Cloud reporting framework.
