Added Service Requests Summary Report

A new Service Requests Summary BI Publisher (BIP) report is available, providing a summary of service requests for a selected date range. The report includes the total number of service requests, the average time to complete, and the average follow-up time, and is presented in a format consistent with the existing OPERA Cloud Service Requests report.

You can filter the report using the following criteria:

• Property

• From Date

• To Date

• Request State (Open or Closed)

• Status (Open, Pending Follow-up, or Closed)

• Department

• Priority

• Service Request Codes
