Create Data Studio Portal

The new Data Studio Portal provides a centralized experience for exploring Reporting, Data API mappings to table columns, and the Data Dictionary within Oracle Hospitality Reporting & Analytics. Users can access the portal directly from the R&A application tile or navigation menu, where three dedicated tabs simplify data discovery and exploration.

With an intuitive interface, built-in search, downloadable documentation, and centralized access to reporting metadata, the Data Studio Portal makes discovering, understanding, and integrating R&A data faster and more efficient.

The Reporting tab helps users browse subject areas, understand attribute and measure mappings, search for specific fields, and export mapping information in HTML, PDF, or Excel formats.

The Data API tab offers similar capabilities for GraphQL Data APIs, enabling users to explore API mappings, search attributes, and export documentation for easier integration and development.

The Data Dictionary tab allows users to browse available database tables and export metadata in multiple formats, providing a comprehensive reference for reporting and analytics.
