Oracle Hospitality OPERA Reporting and Analytics is a web-based application that centralizes hotel property management data to provide operational and analytical insights into business operations, and to improve efficiency by delivering information to all roles within an enterprise.

Purpose

This document is intended for customers subscribed to Oracle Hospitality OPERA Reporting and Analytics Cloud Services (OPERA R&A).

Audience

Oracle Hospitality OPERA Reporting and Analytics documentation applies to the following users:
  • • Application administrators who have permission to configure OPERA R&A.

  • • Users who perform day-to-day reporting operations and typically do not have permissions to configure OPERA R&A.
