CUA Change

To open a customer user administrator (CUA) non-technical service request either call technical support or open an SR from myoraclesupport using the following steps.

  1. Choose “Non-Technical” for the SR Type


    in the SR typedropdown, select non-technical.

  2. Fill out SR Summary and Description

  3. Select CUA change request > Internal CUA-SW as the Problem Type


    in the choose problem type downdown, hover over CUA change requests and then select Internal CUA-SW.

  4. Choose a Sub Category of Entitlements

  5. Under products, search for Identity Cloud Service
