CUA Change
To open a customer user administrator (CUA) non-technical service request either call technical support or open an SR from myoraclesupport using the following steps.

Choose “Non-Technical” for the SR Type

Fill out SR Summary and Description

Select CUA change request > Internal CUA-SW as the Problem Type

Choose a Sub Category of Entitlements

Under products, search for Identity Cloud Service
