Alert details

The alert details provide a summary of the issue and recommendation, the supporting information for any insight or recommendation that comes from the AI agent, and if the alert is a proposed protocol amendment, provides the details of the amendment with a summary, rationale, and justification.

The alert details help you to understand the alert and its underlying reasoning, as well as any proposed changes or supporting information. This enables you to make informed decisions and take appropriate actions in response to the alert.

Use the alert details to:

• View the AI reasoning for the alert to understand how insights and recommendations were rationalized.
• View the history of the alert to see its chronological history. The history includes the date the alert was first detected and the actions taken on the alert including the date first created, severity changes, and status changes.
• Snooze the alert to pause its notifications to you. When you snooze an alert it is immediately removed from the Alerts list. The notifications for a snoozed alert appear to you again if the criticality of the alert increases at a later time or if you undo the snooze action. You snooze your own alerts, and you can view a list of the alerts your snoozed.
• Dismiss the alert to stop the alert notifications to you. When you dismiss an alert it is immediately removed from the Alerts list. The notification for a dismissed alert will not appear to you again unless you undo the dismiss action. You dismiss your own alerts, and you can view a list of the alerts you dismissed.
• Deep link directly from an actionable insight, recommendation, or data anomaly to the relevant record in a source Oracle Life Sciences application.
