Deep linking to source application records

Life Sciences AI Agents provides deep linking directly from actionable insights, recommendations, or data anomalies to the relevant record in a source Oracle Life Sciences application.

Deep linking allows you to quickly investigate or take action on a record without manually searching for the record in one or more source application systems. This feature enables study managers or clinical operations leads to facilitate efficient and effective decision-making by providing direct access to relevant records in source Oracle Life Sciences applications.

• When you have a valid account in a source Oracle Life Sciences application, you can link from an insight, recommendation, or metric in Life Sciences AI Agents directly to the relevant page, form, or record in the source application with the context pre-filtered (for example, the subject, site, or query ID). You can only access the pages you have the rights to in the source application.
• When you select a deep link URL to open a record in source application, you are not required to re-authenticate as long as you have access to the source application and both applications have active sessions.
