Which dictionaries can be overwritten?

Dictionaries that were originally loaded through Argus Console can be overwritten using the Dictionary Management menu.

The client/server tool has been deprecated from this release. Besides, dictionaries loaded via the client/server tool cannot be overwritten using the Dictionary Management menu.
