Specify submission details

The Submission tab enables you to specify whether submission is required and enter a reason for not submitting the report.

Field	Description
Submission Required	Enables you to select if this report is not required to be submitted to the regulatory authority.
Reason for Non-Submission	Click Select to select the reason for non-submission.
Submission Late	Enables you to select if the report submission to the regulatory authority is late. The radio button is set to No by default. If this field is set to Yes, the Determined On/ By name and date fields are automatically populated.
Reason for Late Report	If the Submission Late radio button is set to Yes, then the Reason for Late Report field is enabled and mandatory. You can enter a justification manually in the free text field, or select a pre-configured justification in the Action Justification window. You can add a reason for late submission at any point of time, including before or after the report is marked as Submitted.
