Enter patient notes
Click 
to enter free text notes relating to the Patient. If there is no text data
for Patient Notes, from the NF drop-down list, select
Null Flavor.
Note:
This field supports multiple language entries. Click the
icon to translate your data from English to a different language or
vice-versa.
Icon is displayed when there is no data in Patient Notes and NF data.
Icon is displayed when there is data in Patient Notes or NF data.
