Enter seriousness criteria

Field/Control Name	Description
Death	Displays the Death Details dialog box Note: If you un-check the Death option in the Seriousness Criteria, you are required to confirm the deletion of the death details.
Hospitalized	Displays the Event Hospitalization dialog box.
Other	Check this checkbox to enter explanatory text. You must mandatorily enter text, specifying the Other Seriousness Criteria.
