Selection of countries without ISO A2 codes in user group

Unable to select country KOSOVO (Country ID 273) in User Groups > Listedness Determination (Enhancement 34311494)

Description

In prior releases, the countries with an ISO A2 code were displayed in the Listedness Determination Countries field of the User Group Configuration screen. There are a few values in the Countries code list that does not have ISO A2 code but have GENC3 codes and listedness assessment could not be made for these countries.

The system has been updated to list the countries in the Listedness Determination Countries field that has either ISO A2 code or GENC3 codes.
