Catalog upgrade from Oracle Argus Analytics 8.2 or 8.2.1 is not available. Use the latest catalog provided with the Oracle Argus Analytics 8.4.1 installation (present at <AN_INSTALL_HOME>/catalog/opva.zip) for deployment.
