E2B import updates

Summary

• A new element REPORTEREMAILADDRESS[AI.C.2.r.4] is added in SAFETY ONE ARGUS E2B R3+ TEMPLATE to import reporter email address data sent from Oracle Safety One Intake.
• Email PDF sent from Oracle Safety One Intake is added to case attachments.

Description

Oracle Safety One Intake 24.1 and Oracle Argus Safety 8.4.3 are companion releases. The method of ingesting documents is expanded in Oracle Safety One Intake 24.1 with Email Intake support. It enables ingestion of emails.

Oracle Safety One Intake processes attachments within emails for adverse events. To process these attachments, Oracle Safety One Intake uses the OCR and AI/ML technologies, and transmits the attachments to Oracle Argus Safety inline with API or manually uploaded documents available in prior versions.

To maintain integrity with Oracle Safety One Intake 24.1:

• A new reporter email address element is added in SAFETY ONE ARGUS E2B R3+ TEMPLATE to import reporter email addresses from XMLs transmitted from Oracle Argus Safety.
• Source Email is added to case attachments upon acceptance with distinct description for clear identification.
