Launch the Universal Installer

  1. Extract the contents of the media pack into a temporary directory (for example, C:\argus_analytics_temp).
  2. Set the Java install path in the server system's environment variables.
  3. Open the command prompt as an administrator, and navigate to the directory where you extracted the contents in step 1.
  4. Execute runSetup.bat.
  5. Continue with the steps in the next topic, Complete the Oracle Argus Analytics Installer Process.
