Add the Japanese and Chinese languages on the client and application servers—English operating systems only
Before performing a fresh installation on an English operating system, if you want to support English, Japanese, and Chinese verbatims, you must add the Japanese and Chinese languages on the client computers and the application server where you install the Oracle Central Coding software.
- Select Start > Settings > Time & Language > Language.
- Click Add a language, and select Japanese, Chinese, or both.
