Dictionary statuses

Status	Description
DEFINED	The type, version, culture, and schema that hold data for the dictionary are defined. Data is not loaded into the schema.
LOADED	Data is loaded into the schema for the defined dictionary.
ACTIVE	The dictionary is defined, data is loaded into the schema, and the dictionary is available for coding.
INACTIVE	The dictionary is defined and data is loaded into the schema, but the dictionary is not available for coding.
REMOVED	The schema and data associated with the dictionary are deleted.
